Healthcare @ work concept

Intended for companies, this service aims to preserve the health and well-being of employees at work.

Our healthcare and prevention skills are placed at the disposal of companies within their own premises. The concept entails (personal and group) evaluations of the state of health of the employees by means of a scientifically validated questionnaire. The result of the evaluation is sent to the competent physician of the occupational health service who will monitor the follow-up. The scheme involves only employees who accept freely to participate. 

The evaluation pertains to diet, stress, muscular-articular problems such as back, neck, shoulder and other such pain, the management of controlled substances, chronic ailments, physical activity, sleep, well-being at work, and the prognosis on future capacity for work.

The questionnaire remains anonymous for all people involved in this operation, with the exception of the company’s occupational physician who will be the only one with access to the employee’s uncoded personal result whom he will advise in the event of problems for more comprehensive medical investigations. 

The state of health of a company’s employees by groups of at least 20 people is evaluated to define specific programmes for improving and preserving health at the work place, such as:

• Preventive and curative programmes for all muscular-articular problems
• Stress management 
• Pain management
• Management of modern civilisation diseases:  hypertension, diabetes, cardio-vascular diseases, osteoporosis, etc.
• Mental balance and hygiene programmes
• Management of an in-company fitness unit 
   

As interdisciplinary professionals, we will define other programmes in accordance with the specific needs of companies.
