Health and well-being in the workplace
This new service is aimed at companies which want to preserve and enhance the health and well-being of their employees in the workplace.
We are keen to make our healthcare and prevention expertise available to companies on their own premises and within their organisation.
We will perform individual and collective assessments of the health of your company’s employees using a scientifically validated questionnaire. The results of the assessment will be forwarded to your occupational health physician who will then deal with them as appropriate. O nly employees who freely agree to take part are involved.
The assessment covers the employees’ diet, stress, muscle and joint problems (such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pains, etc.), tests for illicit drugs, chronic illnesses, physical a ctivity, sleep, well-being at work, forecasts of an employee’s long-term occupational health.
The questionnaire is kept anonymous for the persons involved in the operation, with the exception of your company’s occupational health physician who alone is given access to the unencrypted individual results of each employee in order to be able to advise them in case of problems so as to offer a more in-depth diagnosis or medical assistance.
The assessment of the state of the health of your company’s employees in groups of at least 20 persons can provide a basis for specific programmes which we can offer to improve and preserve occupational
health:
- Preventive and curative programmes for muscle and joint problems
- Stress management
- Pain management
- Memory training
- Dealing with illnesses which arise from our modern lifestyles:
hypertension, diabetes, cardio-vascular illnesses, osteoporosis, etc.
- Mental balance and health programmes
- The management of an in-house fitness unit.
As multidisciplinary health professionals, we can create other programmes to cater to the specific requirements
of your company.
