The health-giving spa water, heated to a temperature of 36°C, has a number of beneficial effects including general muscle relaxation, improved blood circulation and the reduction of pain and swelling.

The presence of large quantities of mineral salts in the spa water gives a feeling of weightlessness which facilities movement and relaxes the muscles, particularly during aqua fitness classes.

Following the series of massage jets fitted along the Spa Pool is another way of enjoying the relaxing effects of the spa water at Mondorf-les-Bains.
