Your general practitioner prepares a medical file which you then submit to the physicians practising at the Domaine Thermal. You may also consult one of the accredited physicians practising at Mondorf-les-Bains directly. It is this physician (who may be a physician in general practice or a specialist)  who decides whether or not to admit the patient to the cure on the basis of the medical indications, and specifies the treatments and therapies to be followed during the cure. Both the medical file and the certificate issued by the Domaine Thermal physician are then sent to the health insurance fund.

Only accredited physicians at the Domaine Thermal are authorised to prescribe 3-week cures.
