Information and reservation
Whether or not a treatment will be reimbursed by a health insurance fund is decided by social security inspectors. The booking service at the Domaine Thermal will require copies of both the prescription for the treatment and the certificate of cover issued by the health insurance fund.

Cross-border workers
Cross-border workers affiliated to a health insurance fund registered in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg are covered for spa cures attended in Luxembourg in so far as their treatment has been prescribed by one of the accredited Luxembourg physicians at the Domaine Thermal in Mondorf-les-Bains.
