General terms and conditions of sale

The gift vouchers can be exchanged directly at the Mondorf Thermal Estate for the following activities:

• Wellness & Fitness
• Spa
• Hotels : Mondorf Parc Hotel and Villa Welcome
• Restaurants : De Jangeli, Bistro Maus Kätti, Club Lounge and Chalet Le 36°
• Bar De Feierwon

The gift vouchers are combinable. Any other method of payment in force is accepted to complete paying for a transaction entailing an amount higher than the nominal value of the gift vouchers presented. The gift vouchers may not be reimbursed, exchanged or taken back fully or partially, for cash, even for purchases that cost less than the nominal value of the gift voucher presented. Bearers shall be fully responsible for gift vouchers. No claims shall be accepted for any gift vouchers that are lost or stolen.
