Dietetics

The main aim of dietetic therapy at the Domaine Thermal is the prevention of “disorders of civilisation” such as obesity, cardio-vascular disease, diabetes, gout, allergies and intolerances. Emphasis is placed on nutritional education, i.e. improving awareness of food-related issues and, above all, changing attitudes to food and the eating behaviour patterns associated with the patient’s pathology. In this way patients are able to obtain longer-lasting results and improve their health by reducing the risk factors. Nutritional education is provided in several forms, both individually and in groups.

“Nutrition workshops” help patients to put into practice the theoretical knowledge they have learned.
