The Chalet am Brill is open!
Ever true to its reputation acquired over more than 20 years, the Chalet am Brill is opening its doors again after a brief break and a few strokes of the brush. Jennifer’s entire team will be delighted to serve up the great classics of the house once again such as burgers, minute steak tartare or its famous vol-au-vent. This winter, the chef has drawn inspiration from the market to cook up some very nice seasonal suggestions. Game and Mont d’Or will take pride of place in the main courses. Connoisseurs will be overjoyed!
