How can I receive my loyalty voucher?
This loyalty voucher will be sent to you by e-mail only. Remember to provide your e-mail address during your stays and to add MONDORF Domaine Thermal to the contacts in your mailbox.

Contact our Reservations service at (+352) 23 666-666.
Your point balance will be indicated also on the voucher you will receive by e-mail. This balance corresponds to the final balance once your 500 points have been deducted.
How long is my loyalty voucher valid for?
Your loyalty voucher is valid for 12 months as of the date you receive it.
When can I use my loyalty voucher?
You can use your loyalty voucher as soon as you receive it by e-mail. The next time you make a reservation over the telephone, indicate that you have received a loyalty voucher and our teams will deduct the amount from your purchase.
Alternatively, present your (previously printed) loyalty voucher to one of our reception desks next time you stay at MONDORF, and it will be deducted from the amount of your purchase or hotel stay.
Can I give my loyalty voucher to a relative?
A loyalty voucher is personal with a unique number. It can be used only by you (Me, Myself & I only to be pampered).
