Worthy of the finest Parisian brasseries, the Maus Kätti bistro features a menu reviewed entirely by our Chef. He reworks classic dishes such as vol-au-vent or roast meat at an ever so affordable price for our greatest pleasure. 

The Old Thermal Baths atmosphere of the Domaine Thermal provides an added touch for the charm of this brasserie, where services is always most welcoming all the way to the terrace, ideal for some rest under the century-old lime tree.  Before setting of to discover the thermal park, make sure to try one of fine cakes with the flavours of yore.

This menu by our chef is made entirely in house.

The dieticians and the chef have pooled their determination and expertise to offer the concept of the balance Bistro fare. It promotes vegetables, limits calorie intake and salt, and respects the protein needs. It is a dish that combines health, well-being and pleasure.
