Rules and Regulations for the Thermal Park and Green Spaces

  1. The park is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  2. Green spaces include the park, the Gander, the banks of the Gander, planted areas, and all parts of MONDORF Domaine Thermal that support planting, whether fenced or otherwise.
  3. Green spaces are areas for relaxation, conviviality, and freedom. All rest and recreation activities are welcome as long as they can be enjoyed without disturbing the freedom of others, compromise safety, or damage the premises; the public is encouraged to use the facilities made available without diverting them from their intended purpose.
  4. Destroying, cutting, uprooting, removing, or picking flowers or fruit, tree or shrub branches, or any other vegetation is prohibited. Offenders will be liable for the repair costs.
  5. Going up or climbing trees, sculptures, signs, lampposts, buildings, etc. is prohibited.
  6. Abandoning, depositing, or throwing paper, bottles, and/or rubbish of any kind outside of designated bins is prohibited.
  7. Dogs may be on pathways or free areas subject to the following safety and hygiene conditions:
    1. Keep the dog on a leash and muzzle if necessary;
    2. Any excrements must be systematically picked up by the dog’s owner.
    3. Avoid causing damage to plantations and lawns.
  8. Bringing or introducing one or more dogs to play areas, whether sandy or not, in flower or shrub beds, except for guide dogs, is prohibited. Special care should be taken near meadows and chicken coops so as not to disturb animals in the park (chickens, sheep, etc.).
  9. Bringing any animals of any species or origin (other than dogs) inside the thermal park without prior authorisation from management is prohibited.
  10. Misusing, soiling, or damaging benches, signs, bins, fountains, sculptures, or any other furniture provided for the public's comfort and enjoyment is strictly prohibited.
  11. Soiling, writing, engraving, signing, or drawing on stones, trees, works of art, or any other movable or immovable property is strictly prohibited. In case of damage, offenders shall be liable for repair costs.
  12. Group activities such as picnics, walks, etc., are permitted provided that:
    1. Green spaces are not used excessively,
    2. Any waste generated by these activities is collected,
    3. No damage is caused to the premises.
  13. Cultural activities such as shows, exhibitions, and/or others are permitted subject to prior authorisation from the management of MONDORF Domaine Thermal.
  14. All dangerous activities or games, such as the use of firecrackers, rockets, weapons, and other fire (flame) throwers, are strictly prohibited.
  15. Prior authorisation from the management of MONDORF Domaine Thermal shall be required for any commercial activity, entertainment, coaching, team-building, leaflet distribution, etc.
  16. Camping, bivouacking, and lighting fires or holding barbecues is prohibited.
  17. In freezing conditions, walking on ice formed on the Gander is prohibited. Swimming in the ponds of Brill Park and Roseraie Park is also prohibited.
  18. Inappropriate behaviour or conduct by any person, or disruption of authorised activities may result in expulsion from the park (day or night).
  19. The use of any device, musical instrument, or any other device or instrument that may disturb the peace and quiet of the area is not permitted and may result in expulsion from the park.
  20. Bicycles (conventional or electric), scooters, small electric vehicles, or any other non-motorised vehicles are allowed on paths at an appropriate speed for park users.
  21. The use of mopeds, cars, or other motor vehicles is not authorised, except for:
    1. Authorised auxiliary vehicles or those permitted by the general management of MONDORF Domaine Thermal
    2. MONDORF Domaine Thermal service vehicles
    3. Police, fire, and rescue vehicles.
  22. Boats, including pedal boats, can be used only in the presence of a site manager.
  23. Admission to the golf course is allowed only in the presence of a site manager. Dogs and bicycles are prohibited.
  24. Ball games are tolerated provided that plantations, buildings, and peace and quiet of users of the park are respected.
  25. Gatherings outside park opening hours are strictly prohibited.
  26. Two-wheelers (motorcycles and bicycles) must be parked strictly in the areas designated for that purpose.

 

The management reserves the right to deny access and/or to expel anyone who does not comply with these rules and regulations.
