Me, Mondorf & I... your loyalty rewarded

Today, you are part of our loyalty programme as of your first purchase¹ on-site or via mondorf.lu² and will accumulate additional points with every further purchase.

Becoming a member is simple, quick and free. All you have to do is provide your customer details and email address when you make your first purchase^1.2.

For every 500 points accumulated^1.2, you will receive a voucher worth €25, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

This loyalty voucher will be sent to you by e-mail only. Remember to provide your e-mail address during your puchases^1.2 and to add MONDORF Domaine Thermal to the contacts in your mailbox.

Your point balance will be indicated also on the voucher you will receive by e-mail. This balance corresponds to the final balance once your 500 points have been deducted.

Your loyalty voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, it will expire and cannot be refunded, replaced or extended.

You can use your loyalty voucher as soon as you receive it by e-mail. The next time you make a purchase by phone, email or on mondorf.lu, please indicate that you have received a loyalty voucher and our teams will deduct the amount from your purchase. 

Alternatively, present your (previously printed) loyalty voucher to one of our reception desks during your next visit or stay at MONDORF, and it will be deducted from the amount of your purchase or hotel stay.

A loyalty voucher is personal with a unique number. It can be used only by you (Me, Myself & I only to be pampered). 

Take advantage of our offers throughout the year, accumulate points^1.2 and use them for a spell of well-being.

MONDORF Domaine Thermal reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the loyalty programme at any time. In the event of changes, all information will be available on our website.
