Our coaches will reveal all the secrets of this relaxation journey, which takes about 2 hours to unwind completely.

• Start with a lukewarm shower to cleanse and prepare your skin for the sauna’s heat. Dry yourself thoroughly so that you can sweat during the session.

• Soak your feet in a warm foot bath to stimulate blood circulation and relax your muscles before entering the sauna. Dry your feet well afterward to maximise the benefits.

• Choose a sauna with a comfortable temperature between 65 and 100°C, and lie on a towel to avoid direct contact with the wood. Use the hourglass to limit the session to 15 minutes and make the most of deep relaxation. Avoid wearing a swimsuit for a more authentic and optimal experience..

• Walk barefoot through the facility to stimulate pressure points and improve blood circulation while connect with nature, and strengthening your balance.

• Cool down with a cold shower, starting from your feet and working upwards, to tighten pores, revitalise your body after the sauna’s heat, and boost your immune system with the thermal shock.

• Immerse yourself in a cold-water pool for 2 to 3 minutes for a toning effect to reduce inflammation and help muscles recover.

• Rehydrate and revitalise yourself by savouring freshly pressed cocktails at the juice bar, rich in vitamins and minerals, to complement your wellness experience.

• Extend your relaxation with spa treatments or a moment on the massage beds to relieve tension and nourish your skin for a complete sense of well-being.
• Opt for additional relaxation with a 20-minute steam bath or infrared treatment to purify your skin and relax
your muscles deeply.

• End your session with a refreshing shower, a relaxing swim in the thermal pool, and rest to absorb the benefits of your wellness experience to the full.

• Do not exceed three sauna or steam bath sessions per day to avoid overheating and allow your body to benefit to the full without overexertion.
• After a sauna or steam bath session, it is important to stay hydrated. Drink water regularly to compensate for fluid loss and maintain your well-being.
