TAKE YOUR COMPANY TO THE MOUNTAIN, OR ALMOST

Surprise your employees or partners and invite them to lunch or dinner in an ephemeral restaurant, MONDORF will assist you to organize your year-end celebration meal and thus help you to revitalize the links between your teams. At the end of the year, the Al Thermen banquet room will for a few weeks be turned into a place with the most beautiful winter atmosphere and scenery in the mountains.

TEAM MEAL OR Private EVENT

During the winter season (mid-November to end of February), the Al Thermen banquet room, located in the old thermal baths, is completely revamped to take you to the mountains. Once you have gone through the entrance doors, you are  plunged directly into the heart of the mountains and the snowy slopes.

Book your table for your team (groups of maximum 40 guests per service) in our ephemeral restaurant or privatize the entire place for a lunch on Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Woodland delicacy
Velouté of mushrooms, truffle cream, lightly golden-roasted croutons, shavings of brown Paris mushrooms, hazelnut oil (1.2 / 8.2 / 7)

Foie gras au naturel - 70g (+5€/pers.)
Lightly marinated in Cognac, with fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper, served with our pastry chef’s spiced gingerbread and a Christmas-spiced apple and pear chutney (1.2 / 4 / 7)

Dill-cured gravlax
Delicately spiced guacamole, red onions, crisp bread chips, Avruga caviar (1.2 / 3)

FRENCH Raclette (or SWISS Raclette  +8€/pers.) - to share with 4 or more
Mortadella, Prosciutto Cotto, Coppa di Parma, 12–15-month cured ham and Jésus de Lyon, unlimited potatoes and green salad

Savoyard Fondue - to share with 4 or more

Mix-grill Pierrade - to share with 2 or more
