HOW TO BOOK A TIME SLOT?
- Create a personal and individual account on the online booking module
- You must log in to
- view the available time slots
- book a time slot the same day (up to 4 hours before access)
- Click on “Make an appointment” to consult the timetable of slots still available, select between “Payment on site” or “Payment online” (recommended). Select the desired time slot, and then click “Confirm my appointment).
If you have selected “Payment online”, click on “Pay” to finalize your payment.
If you have run into a problem during the “Payment online” (e.g. blank screen), the selected time slot will remain visible for 30 minutes in “My appointments”. You can then start the payment process over.
- You can book a time slot up to 7 days in advance.
- Only one reservation per person per day is authorized. A new reservation will be possible only once the previous time slot has been used.
WHICH ACTIVITIES ARE OPEN AT THIS TIME?
- Thermal water swimming pool
- Fresh water swimming pool
- Saunas - 4 people
- Uima allas relaxation pool
- Cold water pool
- Infrared cabin
- Relaxation rooms / Sunbathing areas
- Fitness room
Activities not available:
- Juice bar
- Cabins with massage bed on the Wellness floor
- Aufguss rituals in the saunas
- Group fitness and aquatic courses
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?
Yes, you must wear a mask without fail when you are indoors and as soon as the social distance of 2 metres cannot be respected outdoors.
HOW TO update or CANCEL A BOOKING?
You can update or cancel a time slot booked only on the online reservation module from your computer and at the latest 24 hours before access time.
To cancel a time slot, proceed as follows: Log in to your account >> Click on “My appointments” >> Click on "Cancel this appointment.”
If you cancel late (less than 24 hours before access) or do not show up at the Wellness & Fitness, the full amount for the reservation shall be due.
CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SEVERAL PEOPLE?
No, you cannot book appointments for several people from one and the same login account. An account with a different email address is required for each participant.
