Renovation project for the Thermal and Health Centre

Pursuant to its commitment to continuous development and improvement, the Administration des bâtiments publics (ABP - Public Building Administration) is launching an extensive renovation project for MONDORF Domaine Thermal.  This overhaul is intended to modernise our infrastructure and facilities while making sure that they comply with the latest safety, hygiene and accessibility standards.  

Works to be carried out in several phases up to 2030

• December 2024: Publication of the contract procedure for building works, i.e. the first stage of administrative and technical procedures. 
• Spring 2025: Analysis of tenders and selection of companies. The works are currently slated to commence at the end of autumn 2025, subject to assessment by the ABP. 
• 2025 to 2027: Preparatory works and new constructions, comprising the:
  
  • Setting up of the construction site and operational base 
  • Rerouting of pipelines 
  • Construction of a new building called Les Sources [The Springs] (opposite the Mondorf Parc Hôtel & Spa****superior)
  • The creation of a new rehabilitation pool
