Enjoy our Show Cooking corner, where omelettes are freshly prepared before your eyes. Each week, a new recipe based on fresh ingredients is featured. You can personalise your omelette by choosing from a selection of carefully chosen ingredients such as vegetables, cheeses, and fresh herbs – for a dish that is both tasty and made to your liking.

Our artisan bakery (with or without gluten) invites you to savour freshly baked breads with a crispy crust and soft, golden pastries that melt in your mouth. Let yourself be tempted by the irresistible aroma of pastries straight from the oven.

Eggs from our own henhouse

Our fresh eggs come directly from our own henhouse, ensuring premium quality and authentic taste. Enjoy them soft-boiled for a protein-rich breakfast.

Around thirty hens live freely in the orchard of our park.

Honey from our beehives

The honey served at the buffet is harvested from the beehives in our park — a natural delicacy that adds a touch of sweetness to your morning. Its unique flavour and velvety texture pair perfectly with crêpes, for example.

Freshly pressed

For a refreshing morning boost, our juice extractor lets you create your own mix of fresh fruits and vegetables for a vitamin-packed start. You can also enjoy a wide selection of hot drinks and fruit juices — from freshly ground coffee to aromatic teas.
