FLEXIBILITY & RELAXATION

Gym Dos-Back gym Essential course to strengthen, stretch and relax your back.
Pilates Improve flexibility, balance and muscle tone. Beautify your figure.  The pilates method works on your body and mind.
Qigong

Harmonize body and mind through breathing and concentration exercises. The movements are gentle, fluid and active.

Taï Chi

Based on martial art movements, Tai Chi enables you channel your energies and free yourself from stress by getting to know your body better.

Yoga

Considered as an activity close to gentle gymnastics, it is first and foremost a philosophy of life based on a healthy mind in a healthy body. Relying on different posture and breathing techniques, it brings a real physical and mental well-being.

Stretching

Method of stretching the body ever so gently to improve posture and release muscle tension.

Core Training

A complete training of the muscle groups aimed at strengthening the centre of the body and improving posture.

Balanced Pilates

Soft workout method consisting of a set of postural and movement exercises. Designed to strengthen and stretch our deep, stabilizing muscles, these exercises combine deep breathing with slow movements.

 

CARDIO-TRAINING

Nordic Training An invigorating walk with sticks for those who love the great outdoors.
Indoor cycling This group workout on fixed bicycles is intended to improve stamina and cardiovascular capacity and to burn calories. In a motivating atmosphere where the pace is set by music, every participant adapts individually the intensity and resistance level of his or her bike as the session progresses.
Let's Dance A combination of dance and aerobics to improve your cardio-vascular stamina to the rhythm of choreography sessions composed specially by our coaches.
Interval Training Various successive exercises to work the whole body. Ideal for staying in shape.
