Information for a cure recommendation

Overview of the 4 main stages of patient care

  1. The treating physician or specialist recommends the spa treatment to the patient (transfer certificate). ➔  2. The spa physician confirms the indication, prescribes the spa treatment and establishes the care programme.

➔ 3. The “Service Programmation” submits the request for coverage to the CNS. ➔ 4. The patient plans the spa treatment in collaboration with “Service Programmation”.

A PATIENT AFFILIATED WITH A FRENCH HEALTH INSURANCE FUND

The treating physician or specialist completes the request for coverage using the specific form for treatments abroad. The patient then makes an appointment with a spa physician, who will prescribe the treatments and ensure their follow‑up during the three‑week course.
