Area dedicated to Doctors

David Health • Active rehabilitation for the back, neck and shoulders

CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES

Inactivity contributes to the deterioration of the structures and functions of the spine or shoulders. Muscular endurance decreases, and the loss of protective mechanisms increases the risk of further injury. DAVID HEALTH rehabilitation aims to break the vicious cycle of pain by addressing the physiological, muscular and motor factors involved, in order to:

  • Relieve pain
  • Make everyday activities easier
  • Improve muscle endurance
  • Normalise mobility and motor coordination
  • Increase range of movement and functional capacity
